::Worst chase bank ever. The staff is very unhelpful. We have banked with chase for years but will be leaving after today's experience. We needed to order more checks for our business acct and the man who was helping us had a horrible attitude and also told us that we would have to go to the teller line to order them (after we just waited in line to see him.) My husband asked him for some service and had to ask if he would go get the checks for us because that's what ever other chase has done. He refused and said "there isn't a line over there." Seriously? What happened to getting your a$$ up and getting them for your business client? Then he says "Well I guess I can get them for you if you want." We also tried to get other services done to our Acct but he kept refusing to help us. We grabbed our stuff and left. Do not go to this chase if you can help it. They do not care about their customers who bank with them for over a decade. I hope the manager of the bank seeks out better employees who actually provide good customer service.
