  The workers are slow and unprofessional they rather sit behind the glass talking about tv shows than taking care of the clients ...service here sucks i would not recommend this site

  Who manages this bank???? RIDICULOUS line!!! I waited 15 minutes to move one inch forward. The tellers seem to not know how to manage, they look dazed & confused staring at the monitors and not focused with the client at the window as if they all had an astronomical request the tellers have never faced. At times they keep getting up then hide behind the column and "talk", about what? I could care less...hopefully about GETTING A MANAGER TO MANAGE the flow of this branch properly! I bank at the Prince/Broadway branch and the service is FAST! Unfortunately for me, today I'm uptown & had to make a transaction that takes less than 2 minutes with a teller. I came in at 2:45p, it is 3:20, the branch closed and I'm still on the line!!!

  Nice little branch conveniently located inside the The Harkness Pavilion, in the Columbia health complex on 180 Fort Washington, right at the entrance on the left. Not busy at all.
