::Chase as a whole has always been a great place to bank. However, at all costs, AVOID THIS BRANCH. If you must utilize this location, AVOID THE TELLER ISABELLA. After realizing I had been shorted cash back by $20, I called the branch and didn’t stress over it as I’ve been a teller and had peace of mind knowing that the teller’s cash drawer wouldn’t balance at the end of the night; she would be over by $20. Not the case. I left a voicemail and never heard back. So I sent an email soon after to a banker who had helped me greatly before. She informed me that “Bella’s” drawer had balanced, so there’s no way I could’ve been shorted. Case closed. Not only was her response unprofessional and inclusive of typos, it didn’t provide me any resolution or even an apology. I sure hope Isabella needed that cash more than I did. Hopefully this branch will utilize their cameras in the future.

::Lost my debit card and came here and was told they could not help me. I asked if I could get an ATM card and was told I could not because the account was not opened in Colorado. I asked if someone could help me order a new one they said that’s ‘not something they can do.’ I then asked if I could talk to a manager and was told no manager was present. I then asked how I should get access to my account and was told they could not help me. Paola and Mia were rude and condescending while they were talking with me and i have been a customer here for over 10 years.

::Went into Chase this morning and Elizabeth was very, very personable and accommodating. Super helpful and I really appreciated her time and expertise!

::Came in at 3.15pm and got out within 15 minutes despite them having only one teller on duty. One personnel came by and checked on everyone else waiting on the line to see what they need before reaching the teller. Staff were friendly and apologetic for the line and offered candies while waiting.
