  My reasoning for the visit today was for a simple notary, in and out right? Wrong. The parking lot was empty but I was greeted with “ugh you’ll have to give me 10 minutes”. I look around in disbelief but give it the benefit of the doubt. I sat for 9 minutes waiting, watching others walk in and out. I’m a chase private client but even if I wasn’t, it’s still not acceptable. Save time, go to another branch.

  the branch and employees are fine.. my issue is that you have the perfect location for a drive up ATM and there is not one. I have to park on one of the busiest streets on Long Island (Rt 110) and walk up to an ATM.. hello is it 1995?

  The Drive Thru is the slowest out of all the Chase Banks I have experienced. Waited 30 mins so far with only 2 cars ahead of me.

  The Drive Through is terribly slow the worst Drive through I've ever been in
