  I've been banking at this branch for at least 6 years. They have always taken care of me in a fantastic way. Everyone is very nice, never had a bad attitude from anybody. And no, I don't have millions of dollars to get the luxury treatment, they treat people equally well.

  I went from one Chase account to four within six months because of the professional and efficient service offered in this branch. The staff is always friendly and informative.

  Slow, understaffed, can't do anything for you without taking up half your day. Maybe that's an attribute of banks in general. Came to get a debit card issue worked out. Still didn't get my card issue resolved. Sorry, but I don't have the luxury of your bankers time or schedule.
