  They are all so friendly and treat you great. Sometimes a but slow but it's a small neighborhood bank.

  There is a discrepancy! I just figuered $300 missing... who knows how much had been taken and never been advised.....

  Poor service. They treat you like a piece of something. Always having a problem with this branch. If it was only I time, I could count it as a bad day. But not every time I come there. Even if you have your id with you they are too lazy to verify your identity. They are very rude and unprofessional.

  Zhanna Inotayev is literally the best person EVER! In all of my years banking with Chase, I've never met a more helpful, more friendly, more competent, smart, personable individual who could actually help me. I tried to call the bank to speak with the manager to tell them how amazing she is, but there was no answer, so instead I'm writing this here. Thanks so much, Zhanna! :D
