  Rude!!!! Even the manager. My passport was not given back to me by the teller! No big deal. I was told “You left it in the window “ No your teller forgot to give it to me. I pick it up and I get a nasty face from the teller when I asked for it. I didn’t receive no “apologies for the inconvenience “. This bank is very disgusting!

  "This place is very unprofessional". Starting with the tellers Smh , I've watch them talk down to people as if they are not human or they are better than them....and the wait forget about it if you're in a hurry find a different branch. There is alway something wrong with there ATM in the lobby.....the only respectable person in the branch is the security .

  This place is so unprofessional, made us wait a long time and then didn’t even help us out with easiest thing ever which we had easily done in other branch. Save your time and go to another branch.

  Too crowded and needs more ATM's in the lobby. When I needed a customer service rep they were quick and professional. The ATM issue is the only bad area.
