  Compared to the Chase banks on the city most of the banks on the island have or offer a bad service to their customers, but this one takes the Cake for been the worst.

  I don't ever normally write reviews mainly because I don't want to shame an entire business for one person or persons actions but after countless bad experiences I felt the need to. This is by far the most awful Chase bank I have ever been to. The wait on a standard day to cash a check is normally 20 minutes plus. There are never more than 2 tellers open and one teller is standard 90% of the time. The manager actually had the nerve to tell me in the store that "all she does is hear me complain" and that "they have things they have to handle before they can help the customers." The most unprofessional manager of a bank branch I have ever met.

  Coleen the rep was so helpful and assisted me to resolve the issue. Even though she wasn't feeling well. Much appreciate her efforts and assistants.

  this bank is filthy dirty I go at nite and there r beer bottles condoms food all over. disgraceful I think I'm changing my bank to td bank.
