  I usually bank at a different Chase branch. My father and uncle asked me to come with them to this particular branch to help correct a problem on my uncle's recent bank statement. We met with a customer service guy named Elli and had the most horrifying experience. We never got to discuss the problem, because he just didn't want to deal with a customer. He spoke disrespectfully to us. I had never experienced this in a bank before. I don't understand how this guy is in customer service. The manager is out until next week too, so there was nobody to complain to and I wouldn't step foot back into that branch to remind myself of the terrible experience. We ended up going to my normal Chase branch in the area and had the best customer service as usual. Beware if you want good customer service that this is not the branch that you want.
