  Just recent update: Updated stars as this actually refers to exact branch, with as mentioned below, excellent staff, very friendly and customer oriented. Managed to make me change decision on closing account just taking care of ordinary fresh customer like valuable one. Special thanks to officer Eugenio and teller (unfortunately have no her name) for spending their valuable time sorting out bank system technical issue. Highly recommend not only if you are in walking range from this branch - as of me, unless I'll need just ATM deposit or withdrawal operations would be visiting this branch, driving couple miles from my place. Still, would be great if technical issue in bank system will be eliminated and overall performance improved, but this has to be addressed to back office rather to exact branch, but still updating to 5 stars, as branch staff excellent performance compensates those inconveniences - at least for me :) ------------------------- Excellent staff, very friendly and customer oriented, if your overall satisfaction with unreliable bank is good enough, I'd highly recommend this branch (as mentioned due to friendly and customer oriented staff). Otherwise, when you deposit check and get slip from bank clearly indicating date when funds get available, after which a day before you get bank mobile app notification that status changed from pending to available, but get rejected by teller to withdraw just a part of total amount in a very rude and disgusting manner (different branch) and on top of all you get rejected on the date bank indicated on it's slip and which leads to some other plan changes and even financial damage, for me it means you can't trust that bank, it is unreliable and even liquidity of such financial institution is questionable... As of result, made decision to close account and move funds to more secure and reliable bank.

  Convenient Chase Bank that offers all the services needed in an area otherwise devoid of banks and ATMs. Also offers notary public services

  My wife has a business account with Chase, and we had an unauthorized transaction,she went to the branch a few times Stephanie and Iris had already been helping her with patience and professional customer service until she got her money back,Stephanie also keep tracking the case for her . Good employees and good customer service.

  7 minutes away from my house. Can store money in it, Carvel right next door.
