::I've been a Chase Bank customer for two decades. I've been a Chase customer in Texas, Arizona and in California. In my humble opinion, this is one of the slowest branches I have ever been in. Any transaction requiring a teller will take a bit of time because there's usually only one or two tellers at the windows even if the line is 6 people deep. Personally for me, the new ATM upgrades are horrible. They're very slow, they're very loud and obnoxious and as far as I'm concerned there's too much of my information in WAY TOO BIG LETTERS that other people could see.

::Rude security guard. I came here to withdraw money using the atm and then I tried going to the restaurant in the same parking lot to pick up something to eat. The chase security guard came out and told me I couldn't leave my car parked in their parking lot. He said "you can't leave your car here it's not a parking lot" I tried explaining to him I just used the atm but he wouldn't listen. I felt so uncomfortable and intimidated that I got into my car and left. I definitely won't be back to this branch ever again.

::Staff is nice. However they only ever seem to have two tellers assisting customers on pay day. It's very frustrating when the line is out the door. Management doesn't ever seem to be concerned with getting the line down.

::Need more tellers. Expect a long line. Right now there are only 2 tellers and 15 people waiting...
