  Always long lines and the new ATM'S SUCK! THEY ARE THE WORST GARBAGE IN THE WORLD. why did they remove the other ATM machines that every other Chase branch uses? The ATM'S that they installed inside the branch about a year ago, so they could get rid of most of the Tellers, are even worse than the new machines in the lobby too. This is a very busy branch, and there is never more than 3 tellers at any given time, but usually there's only 1 or 2, which is clearly the reason for those LONG LINES. HEY CHASE, YOU MAKE MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY FROM YOUR LEGALIZED EXTORTIONIST OVERDRAFT FEES FROM YOUR SO CALLED VALUED CUSTOMERS, WHO YOU SO PHONILY SAY THANK YOU TO FOR BANKING THERE, WHILE YOU GIVE THEM THE SHAFT WITH AN UNDER STAFFED BRANCH AND CHARGE RIDICULOUSLY OUTRAGEOUS FEES. YOU REFUSE TO EVEN REFUND A PORTION OF THOSE FEES, EVEN AFTER MONTHS OF EARNING MONEY ON THEM THAT WAS EXTORTED FROM YOUR VALUED CUSTOMERS ON THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY MARKET ON THE WEEKENDS. START TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU REALLY DO CARE, AND WATCH YOUR CUSTOMER BASE REALLY GROW ESPECIALLY AT THIS BRANCH. I'D LOVE TO SEE YOU GUYS PULL THIS GARBAGE TREATMENT DOWNTOWN YOU PULL ON DYCKMAN. IF YOU DID YOU KNOW YOU'D LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE HIGH INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS WOULD NEVER PUT UP WITH YOUR DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT!

  I can wait on lines, deal with atm's instead of humans, but if you don't know what's available when a customer asks you what options they have, then you are the Chase branch at dyckman.

  Chase did not post Christmas holiday hrs on phone voicemail or online. Google maps claimed Christmas Eve hrs 10-3pm but they closed at 1pm. Chase will not re-open till Tuesday so it's extremely inconsiderate to not take pre cautionary measures to ensure customers get good service. They had no voicemail, didn't answer the phone after I called 4 times, and did not update google times. I arrived at 1:05 and they would not assist me to replace a lost card considering they'll be closed for 3 days. Ridiculous
