  This chase bank have the worst staff. I was the first on the list and I sat there for a whole hour without any off the staff coming up to me. I had to leave because I had work. They have the worst customer service in that area.

  This chase bank is the worst the staffs are very unprofessional and very slow. Most of them are girls and all of them need training, they don't have any professionalism in them I wonder how the hell they got hired. They are very rude and have attitude towards customers. This bank really needs to have new staffs with professionalism. They don't know anything what they are doing. No courtesy what a shame!!!! such a disgrace to the branch...

  This bank needs to extend their capacity. Anytime you go there you’ll spend 30 minutes on line just to use the atm on the line. Also when you try to get help from inside don’t even think of it!

  This is THE WORST Chase known to man. They always have a long line, representatives move like molasses and worst of all they never have enough ppl. This chase need to do better
