  I had a joint account with my wife at this location. The account was primarily for her social security deposits and her personal expenses. She passed during the pandemic. It took me six months of meetings and threats of lawsuits to get the final one thousand dollars in the account released by Chase and the account closed despite there being no claims asserted against the account. Terrible and heartless customer service which is too typical of many banks.

  As a long time customer, they're overall good. They have however, installed a speed bump at the lot entrance that's too high. You can see from the deep gouges , damage is being done to vehicles. Is anyone paying attention ???

  I've been a customer of Chase Bank for years and years. All I wanted to do is deposit some checks. It's never been a complicated as the women behind the window made it!! To the point of suddenly she decided the checks could no longer be deposited!!! Drive my car around, parked, flew in and demanded a manager. RIDICULOUS!!!

  As I read these reviews I can absolutely agree with why this branch deserves 1 star or less in my opinion, 2 days in a row I have received less than good service. I had to call they're 800 number just to get some type answer or attention in this place had I not they would have sent me out the door without at least not coming up with some type of solution. With so much change going on with this covid stuff it's sad that chase is not trying to change or work around this circumstance to accommodate their customers.
