::I TOOK A FRIEND TO OPEN @ CHEKING ACCOUNT AND WHEN I ENTER THE DOOR W@Y IT SMELLS HORRIBLE. I TOLD THE LADY SHE SAID TELL THE MANAGER. I STARTED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AND ANOTHER CHASE EMPLYEE INTRUPTED US. MY FRIEND WAS CALLED .NOT ENOUGH STAFF.. SOME STAFF DONT ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE CHASE ON FOREST NEAR. THE STATEN. IS CLEANER AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. A LOT OF STAFF. I NOTICE ON FOREST AVENUE NEAR THE STAYEN THE WOMEN STAFF. DRESS LIKE BUSINESS ATTIRE . ON FOREST NEAR THE STATEN. THEY. ARE MORE FRIENDLY AND DOWN TO EARTH. MAYBE I WILL OPEN AN ACCOUNT.

::I've been using this bank awhile now. Although there is never any parking or a drive thru ATM it's still an easy and quick visit and the people are nice. It can get slow at times and there isn't a drive thru ATM either!

::It was a long wait for a simple transaction like depositing money. I don't prefer depositing my money to ATM machines, because there has been problems with it before. So i had to wait for it about 10 minutes for no reason because the lady working there preferred wandering around until two more person came to the line. It was not nice or right thing to do. Hey lady, wander around after your shift is over it was already 5:20pm today 07/20/16...

::Horrible service. They made us wait for 30 mins just to open an account. And they took 2 people that came after us before they saw us. Never coming there again!!!! They have 6 banker booths and only 1 banker working on a whole line of people waiting. That's sad of a Bank with this much of a name. I'd prefer Citibank over this.
