::Worst Chase branch ever! Their ATM machine was broken and they did not have any signage indicating that. I proceeded to use the ATM because I did not know the ATM touchscreen was broken. When I was unsuccessful with my transaction, I even had difficulty taking out my debit card. Afterwards, I went inside to another ATM to make my deposit and to complain with the teller that their ATM was broken. At this point, the teller tells me that they had been receiving complaints about this ATM all day. Well, if you were receiving complaints that it's not working, why isn't there any signage on it saying "Out of Order"? He said that they already had scheduled a technician to come out to maintain the machine. Again, there should be signage indicating the problem so people don't try to use the machine while it requires maintenance. Ultimately, I lost $100 during this transaction and now I have to call in to submit a claim. Waste of my time and all this could have been avoided is if they had put out a "Out of Order" sign for the ATM with the broken touchscreen.

::Im just giving this 5 star review for Abraham who’s the most patient bank employee I’ve ever met in my life. I had bunch of coins that I didn’t know how to deposit them into my account, and he patiently started explaining and teaching how I can do that, along with the deposit. Thank you Abraham for the great service.

::I opened up a new business checking account at this location online. I was told that the business description drew flags as I am an online Amazon publisher and that I had to come in and speak to a rep. After going into my local branch to speak with a rep, after providing Chase with all the articles, board minutes, and other various documents to prove I had a legitimate business they opened the account and I proceeded to make an initial deposit. On the app I checked to make sure I could see my new account and that the deposit made it into the account and verified that the account was live. I then waited for my debit card which never came and when I went online to report it lost I discovered that the account disappeared without any explanation. I proceeded to go back to this branch to figure out what happened and was told I the address that I gave for the business was not the right address. I rattled off a few other address thinking how could they mess that up and neither of the other addresses matched the one in their files. At this point I could feel my blood boil and my stomach sink toward my feet coming to the realization that Chase flubbed the address to my business and sent my cards to another address. To add insult to injury they proceeded to tell me the reason why the account was terminated was because...guess? The business description was inadequate, the initial reason why I came into the branch in the first place. But wait, it gets worse. The rep asked if I would like to try and set up the account again to which I replied "Why would I want to do that?

::It was my first time opening a business checking account for my small business and Christian was incredibly helpful! The process can seem intimidating and/or daunting, specially when you're a team of 1 handling 98256467 other things but Christian's friendly demeaner made the process easy and very enjoyable. Couldn't be happier to have chosen Chase for our small business banking needs, hope they're able to acknowledge their stellar employees.

::I am closing my account. Don't ever go to this location. They charged me a service fee yet neglected to send me any type of notification. If I hadn't of checked that day my account would have been overdrawn. I had my bf send me a quickpay to cover the insufficient funds yet they deny the quickpay was sent even though I have the confermation email. I have had this account for years and never had to dispute anything the one time I call they are completely rude and disrespectful. I Keep my money. I am closing my account and going to Wells Fargo, you should too.
