  Made large cash with draw. Machine counts the cash and Teller (Kalyn) seals the cash envelope and hands over. I wanted to hand count the cash. Was told if I wanted to do that I needed to step aside and count myself. Arrogance and rude seems to be the norm . Time to shop for a new bank with a personal touch. 5/29/18

  Just opened college account, very simple and easy. the customer service is very sweet as far as I have seen. Glad I switched over.

  Inconsistent service. Information is different every time we go in there. At the one in Flower Mound they said it was fine and I didn't have to be there to deposit a check as long as the check was paid to the order of my wife. I have the flu and begged them to please deposit the check without me being there. They said "no" and "use sanitizer and water". Wow. Chase was caught committing crimes and we are the ones they don't trust. I hope they get my sickness and suffer like I am right now.

  They don't have a coin machine. I brought in a can of coins and the teller told me if I wanted to cash them in I had to roll them. (And I have an account there) but all the signs in the lobby talk about convenience banking......
