  The worst customer service. People works at this place has no knowledge of customer relationship.

  Horrific Customer Service on Chase Credit card. When asked for an email to help them understand how to improve, they said they do not have one. That says it all. Do not use their credit card. Do not bank there. Maybe, one day, they will enter into the 21st century and they get a clue what customer service means.

  This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. I used to work in banking, so I know the ins and outs of how banking works and what the laws are around banking. I tried to talk to the teller when she refused to help me with an issue, and she straight up lied to me. So unprofessional. If you have trouble with this bank contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

  At times the wait times are more than 30 minutes. Otherwise its a decent branch.
