  very uncooperative. the same rules dont apply to this branch as other Columbus locations. honestly they are lazy & half ass.

  I like it there. It's nice having a neighborhood bank. The people there greet you by name after seeing you a couple of times. Very pleasant atmosphere.They do changes bankers too often though. Just when you began to build a relationship the get transferred oyt.

  Tried to open a checking account at this branch last week. I asked the teller if I could open a checking account, and I was told to have a seat while she found a manager. After 5 minutes, she walked past me without saying a word. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I walked out. Other branches have much better customer service.

  They always treat me very well. It is also in a great location from my house. The branch manager is good too. Very well put together and nice. Thanks for all your help. Steph

  Great customer service. Walk up ATM is in a weird place. There is no drive through. Fantastic people for a local branch!!!
