  This is the worst chase bank ever. There is never enough workers... Usually one teller and one customer service rep. Today, I walked in to see two reps in a room chatting with another person. After waiting at least five minutes and not getting them to notice me, I knocked and asked if there was anyone who can help me. One of them suggested that I looked for a banker who should be out from the teller booth shortly and went right back to chatting. Apparently, he was too busy to help or something.
