::This bank is the absolute worst. I have been banking with Chase for over a decade and this is my worst experience. I lost my bank card and went to get a replacement. There was only one person to help, while they have a full staff. Everyone is is just walking around observing the scenery. I literally waited 1 hr with only 1 woman ahead of me. I need to know who manages the staff at this bank, there is a blatant disregard for the customers. The only highlight is the teller who is efficient and friendly. Given a choice, I would never bank here. NEVER!!!

::i never go to this bank, but the one morning I decide to , a homeless man throws a cup of coffee on me. Apparently, he does this to many women, (as passersby informed me) quite often, the bank needs to get him out of there. customers need to feel safe
