  Never had a problem with this bank nd when I did they helped me with my problem asap nice nd friendly customer service.

  This bank is not what it used to be. New employees, service completely sucks, very judgemental people. Their employee Sveta Goutner worst attitude to deal with. I remember when I used to walk in there get greeted and have all services completed in timely manner. Now they just frown upon, where is your ID, why don't you carry tour bank card to make machine deposits, cubicles full of employees and none or any barely assisting customers. It's a shame the people Chase hires to represent their company.

  Ive lived next to this location and every time i come here people always look like they don't want to do their jobs, example i come in erica tells me to wait for a banker while she herself is a banker she decides she cant help me, while i wait some one else comes over and she helps them and leaves, every time i come here its always a bad experience, i will be closing my chase account ive had for over 10 years.

  The worst bank ever! I came in to get a replacement debit card and I was here almost an hour! It took a half hour for someone just to take care of me then almost another half because their machine was broken!

  Great location, friendly staff, and notary was right there twice when needed.
