  I came this morning to this location to get 3 documents notarized this employee her last name was Gomez she stated she was busy never greeted me or my wife told us we had to wait to get help where there no customers waiting so we waited and for 10 minutes and she only notarized 1 document because she said the other 2 she couldn’t, all we ask for to get copy certified notarized but she insisted she couldn’t get notarized the other 2 documents Then we went to Wells Fargo bank to ask if this documents could get notarized and they did notarized this 2 documents We had been customers of chase for the past 7 years This location didn’t gave us the right customer service and plus the employer gave us wrong information Bad experience and we definitely closing our accounts with Chase

  There’s nothing wrong this chase but this location is honestly the worst. They have the rudest people there ever. It’s this one lady there that I see everytime I go in there and she always has the worst attitude in the world. Definitely would not recommend going here.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Every person I encountered at this bank was extremely rude! Not one person I talked to (a total of 3 different people) was able to help me with the most simple issue. I wouldn't recommend this bank or this location to anyone!!

  Aaron is a great person and great member of the staff here! Recently set up a checking account with him and he's understandable of situations and down to earth. He understands that being downtown there are very different incomes amongst people here and that finding the best fit for everyone is in the best interest of the consumer and them, the bank! Would recommend this branch and Chase as a whole to anyone seeking a new bank! ** Didn't see the negative review about Aaron before writing this. Yes he asked me some questions and at first I thought he was going to be announcing some horrendous fees after finding out I was broke.. but nope! Set up my profile and in 20 minutes I was done!**
