  I walked in on the phone once and decided to stop in the entry way instead of walking inside on the phone. Next thing I know, I am being interrupted by an employee and being asked, "can I help you?" Uhm, Really?? (No, I decided to walk into a random bank to talk on my cell phone..!) Rude. Alsoo, every time I walk into this bank (usually on my lunch break) the employees are all hanging out by the desk near the front door and its usually pretty rowdy. Very unprofessional. There is the sweetest bank teller there that always helps me though. Thank goodness for at least one professional employee! I've experienced better service at other branches.
