  If you need a replacement card save yourself the headache and get it in the mail. It'll arrive long before anyone here can offer any assistance. Was in this branch for over an hour for a replacement card and left after settling to see the teller to pull out cash and go about my life after finding out there's one person who can assist me, over 10 people in line ahead of me and not ONE name called for help the entire time I was here. *update* on my way out the door I asked if they had called my name just to make sure I didn't miss it, they told me they didn't see my name but checked the list myself and had a check next to my name as if I'd been helped.

  Most of time they open their doors late. Like today, they were suppose to open at 9am and it's 9:09 they have not opened their doors. There are 15 people on the lobby waiting for them to open.
