::Busy location. Always has a good number of counter staff. Reliable, full service available. Fast, efficient and decent customer service. Better than other Chase locations near by.

::Huge branch with several new ATMs 🏧. There can be long lines but there are enough Bank Tellers to serve customers. No free parking. But there's a paid one right next to it on Queens Blvd. Staff is friendly and welcoming. When closed, it's 24-hour ATMs are available in the main lobby.

::Terrible customer service. I was trying to speak with a banker to set up a new account. I ended up waiting a very long time because nobody told me to sign the check in form that wasn't visable to me. Once I found out, it was too late. A lady started calling other people's names. I brought my concerns to her attention and she bassicly said "sorry your name isn't on the list I can't help you". So rude, guess I'm taking my business to city bank.

::Customer service is very good, the problem is the long lines there is not enough tellers, Forest Hills is a very busy area.

::If you want to do a quick transaction don't come here. They put up 3 machines and left only 2 tellers. The machines was so the line would be shorter. Well they are wrong. Now I'm here longer than ever. Replacing the human aspect with machines was the worst idea ever. Line is always long and takes a long time. It's sad because they have such a nice staff and now they did away with their best asset. The funny thing is they already had 4 machines. And had room to put up 2 more without the need of doing away with the tellers. It's the classic case of "them" saving money at the expense of the clients.
