::I like banking with chase overall but the customer service in this branch is terrible. The staff doesn’t seem to care about the customers. I wanted to open an account but after waiting for an hour even after an appointment, ended up opening an account with BECU instead. Chase should improve online experience and close this branch.

::I recently opened a business bank account with Chase specially with this branch and I’ve been depositing funds from my account receivable checks ,cash.credit cards deposits etc. August 2020 I started banking activity with Chase and with this particular Branch. The funds will shows available and it’s supposed to be available to use your in my account but since then and it’s only been two weeks it’s been a nightmare they put three times restriction on my account that’s means checks I will write To pay my payment to my vendors will get returned and make me look bad as I wrote a bad check. My debit card will not work and Declines when I am at lunch meeting with my customers and make me look bad it is a big embarrassment for me and it happens to often. I wasted a lot of time going to the branch and talking to the banker Personal and the bank personnel they tried to call different departments over the phone to release the Restriction and I’ll do it for a little bit of time and then it happens again. I deposited money orders through the cash machine in my account and they had to question me and put a hold on my account because of that many other nonsense reasons I recommend whoever thinking about banking with Chase to look at this reviews and And think very carefully before they go up an account or deal with Chase I am myself very strongly thinking about contacting an attorney general office and let them know my situation and possibly file a lawsuit against Chase I do not deserve this treatment and they collecting money from the payee and put in a hold on it and do not let me use that money at least they could reject that money does not allow me to use it instead they take the money and keep it I called the issues to at least cancel the check and issue me another check according to watch Chase told me to do And what the customer told me the check shows that it’s cleared out of our account that we wrote to your company how do you want me to cancel it that makes sense and also make me look bad and my business bag and I also not able to use my account to buy supplies materials for my other projects

::Karim helped us and he is one of best bankers we worked with. He knows what's he is doing, explains things clearly, and takes care of business fast. I always liked chase for banking but met bankers at another branch who are terrible at business.

::Went in on 12/7 requesting a letter with date of opening, current balance and total amount of deposits for past 12 months. Banker was happy to help me and hands me a document. Does it have items 1 - 3 per my request? No. I ask again and he tells me that they can’t provide me with a document showing my total deposits, because they would have to manually add it up and wouldn’t be able to guarantee accuracy. Seriously!? This is a bank, right? I ask for manager. He is unavailable. I ask that he calls me. It has been 10 days no call from the manager. Called their branch number 8 times on Friday and twice on Saturday, but no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Went in this morning asking for a manager. He is in the meeting. Told them again what l wanted and the banker tells me: that would take a lot of time. Great! Let’s just close my account that l have had for 18 years. That didn’t take much time and during that time the reason as to why they couldn’t provide me with a requested letter has changed. Meanwhile, BECU had no issues providing me with the requested letter. I asked for the manager to call me. He did. He left a voicemail, but l decided to take the time to write this review. No point of talking to a manager when his staff was so happy to close my account without blinking. If the manger would have called 10 days ago as l requested, l wouldn’t be writing this review.

::My advisor was very helpful with my banking needs as well with my time. I took an appointment day before and did not have to wait for assistance. The branch manager was on the floor all the time ensuring everyone got help. He especially came to highlight their services and thank me.
