  Worst experience ever! Called to get notary service, told to come, came in for 25 minutes, still not taken cared of and can't tell me when the notary is ready for me. Screw these people!

  I love this chase bank...the customer service here is exceptional, the works here are so friendly they know most of the customer by name. I never go to another branch...

  No, I repeat NO customer service whatsoever at all. Avoid at all costs because no one will help you if you don't have a situation that can be handled by the cashier!
