  The worst experience ever... Katherine Mateo is horrible as a teller and as a banker... She is very rude, she doesn't smile and she doesn't wear a name tag so no one knows her name... The worst customer service ever...

  horrible staff. Katrina didn't know her information right. Doesn't know how to do her job. I will never go back to them again. I called chase and complained about her 2 times. The only nice one their is the short Spanish dark skinned girl. She knows her stuff. The other manager dark skin women walks around behind the teller both with no shoes on very un professional. Shes another one that is rude and doesn't want nore like to do her job. All they know how to tell you is " call chase" Call chase" " I cant help you"
