  Horrible staff. I went to the bank to make a deposit and I mistakenly wrote my account number the wrong way. This being it was my first time doing a deposit without my dad doing it for me. The girl and boy behind the counter started giggling and laughing at me bc they had to correct it. I found it very rude that they were laughing in front my face. They were very immature and unprofessional. Go to the Chase at 112st. They are VERY professional.

  I used to love this bank. Now they got homeless people infront of it harassing the customer's. I spoke to manager he said nothing can be done. Here is a news flash. Chase can afford security guards. Its kinda difficult to go there to make a big cash deposit and some crazy person harassing you and making you feel not safe.

  My experience was not good at all, and after taking the day off to conduct other businesse as well as opening an account there. I left with an unprofessional way I was addressed because I had a nyc ID an not a state ID. Mind you I had my passport an other documents at hand. The government is saying this ID can be used to open an account but the bank isn't accepted it... So I went to bank one block away an open an account. .

  The worst bank ever. Takes 2 hours just to open my locker. They need to learn how to multitask. SMH. Don't go to this bank. All the workers have so much attitude.
