  Was just told by this Chase that they will not cash a check drawn on their bank because the amount was too high. I have never heard of this and I am sure this cannot be accurate information. Considering these are retirement funds and not a personal check.If this is true that is strange and sad.

  The bank manager is not customer friendly, seen him be very rude to a person who appeared to be homeless, ssaying only account holders could do business there.

  The employees downtown are idiots, lazy and the place is empty because Chase bank is the WORST! I left them when they took over Washington Mutual, but need a statement from 2009 for a tax issue. I threatened to file a complaint with the FDIC, yet customer service could care less. I called the O.B. branch who helped me right away, but this institution gets a big fat F in my book!!!
