  The ATM here is always busy and I have told them they need 2 atms for 2 years. Today there were 5 people waiting in line and the bankers are always busy. People are nice and competent but need more staff and atms.

  Never had experience like this before from Chase! SUPER RUDE manager! Condescending and really bad attitude from the beginning! She came and take me back to talk to her and she make me feel bad for not having an appointment with her! When there was no other customers there and she was not doing anything! She Make me feel really bad to be a chase customer!!!! Saying "it is what it is" is not an answer that I want to hear from Manager when I am asking for help.

  All staff at this branch is very good accept the Manager! She is very rude and make you do this her way!

  Sunita did a great job assisting me and my parents! She explained everything very detailed as needed. I've never had someone help me out as great like she did! Thank you Sunita!
