::This branch is ok, my visits are pretty quick, I'm in and I'm out, finding parking is the only issue for me.

::Chase is very good at identifying what neighborhoods are less affluent, and will tolerate a lower level of service, and providing them with exactly that. This Chase, as with the one at the Junction, and the one on Church, is not very good. It's still a bank, but if you want to sit down and talk to someone, I'd go to Newkirk Plaza, or Park Slope.

::They have about 8 people working but only two cashiers. My partner and I noted this when a worker came to us and said, "I'm an adopter and I'm sure one of the cashier's would be happy to help you soon." I don't know or care what an adopter is, all I know is that she was walking around wasting time while we were on line. They were about to charge $8 for a cashier's cheque. They've replaced the people with machines, but the humans stayed for some unknown reason. Oh, a woman just came around greeting the people on line and asking if they needed anything. They pointed that they were waiting for one of the two cashiers. Useless pseudo customer service.

::A line practically out the door, 2 windows staffed out of 8 possible, bad attitudes and slow service. Update 1: Business window is staffed but as I approach and I am rudely told she's not open. Went to deposit about 20 checks and had to be done one by one, taking a very long time. Update 2: 8 Windows available, only 1 actually open, 11 people in line. Someone sitting at the business window but not actually seeing anyone so you waste your time in line there until they deem you worthy of acknowledgement to tell you to wait in the insane line.
