  Second time I've used Charlotte Plumbing after having tried several other local companies...I won't ever call another plumber again. Timely response, straight-forward solutions, and top-quality work. Marty was highly knowledgeable and made it a priority to get me fixed up quickly and efficiently. Five stars all the way.

  Guitar (the head technician) and Charlotte Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We had a pretty urgent leak coming from a bad disposal on Sunday, and he was here first thing Monday. We've used them several times, and Guitar has been a fantastic serviceman each time he's here. Their prices are affordable, he's always friendly, professional, informative, helpful and clear when it comes to our options. We need a new faucet installed so we'll be calling again. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing for everything plumbing related, from emergencies to cosmetic upgrades.

  I found Charlotte Plumbing on home advisor. I received upfront pricing & friendly service (guitar & chance) - project was to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Their pricing was in line with competitors. I'd use them again for future projects and would place trust in them with a plumbing emergency.

  Outstanding customer service and the most knowledgeable and courteous company to work with. I placed a call in the afternoon and had an appointment set up for first thing the next day. Marty was exceptional and did an outstanding job. I will never call anyone else to help me with plumbing problems and I only wish more companies were this good and had more guys like Marty. Fantastic experience.
