::Recently encountered an issue with a refill too soon (due to issues with my insurance company), advised by the ins company to have a pharmacist contact them in order to receive an override. The insurance company provided incorrect informtion and wasted way too much of the pharmacists valuable time, (even trying to lie and and claim the pharmacy did not contact them, in which the insurance company was caught in the lie since I was there in person, as was the pharmacist who witnessed the phone call). Point being, Charlie’s Pharmacy did everything they could and were extremely patient, understanding and took the time to explain what I could do in the future to avoid this issue, and we’re even willing to help me if the insurance company couldn’t come to a reasonable resolution. This is exactly why I love and support this local pharmacy over any of the coporate ones (cvs/Walgreens/target, ect). Again, thank you all so much for always being helpful and courteous!!!!!! PS... this is the ONLY pharmacy you don’t wait 20 minutes online waiting to complete a transaction.

::Friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and efficient. (update )Yesterday I realized I was out of my medication. When I called Charlie's Family Pharmacy they said to come in. They close at 8 and I saw that I wouldn't be there until about 8:04. I asked if they could wait a few moments for me and I was told that they wouldn't do that. I went anyway in the hopes that someone would still be there so I could fill my medication. When I got there the door was locked but someone was still inside. I knocked on the window and they refused to even acknowledge that they heard the knock. I didn't think asking for someone to wait an extra five minutes was so out of the realm of possibility. This is the reason that I use mom and pop shops instead of the big stores. I was highly disappointed in the result when I asked for a little consideration at Charlie's.
