::The food is good, but good luck getting your order right. No one over there carefully reads any delivery orders made through their app. Want to make your sandwich a combo? Sorry, you're not getting the sides. Want no ice in your lemonade? Too bad, you're getting it anyway.

::The customer service is horrible. A employee was frying bacon in the dark and a few customers asked him are you open. The employees looks up if didn't understand and said nothing. He could have put up a sign to inform customer when they would open, well after the time they were supposed to open.

::walked up at 430 on a Friday afternoon. 4 employees standing behind the counter, one looks at me and smiles and says "we are closed" and turns his back on me I'm glad business is so good they don't need mine!

::EVERY SINGLE TIME I head to Charley’s at town center in Aurora Mall, I leave COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED, “Aaron” the “manager “ is NEVER friendly, why not be able to communicate with the customers who speak English? However, yesterday, I went to make a lunch order and asked for lemonade, and was denied because they were holding the lemonade for a POSSIBLE DOOR DASH ORDER that HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED YET! When I was THERE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT FOR CERTAIN! Then when speaking about why a paying customer in person could not get what they ordered, they said I ALREADY EXPLAIN YOU! No, you didn’t EXPLAIN ME! You TOLD ME, you had to save it IN CASE an order came online! It’s not the customers fault or issue YOU DON’T have product, but it’s DEFINITELY A PROBLEM not to sell your product to a PAYING DEFINITE CUSTOMER! And RUDELY speaking to a patron who has been supporting the business since they got into AURORA MALL, I left a review on their site and expect to be contacted back by REAL MANAGEMENT because I don’t want to keep paying 24.00 plus for 2 regular sandwiches and a fry and can’t even get them to understand a simple order! Oh and not know who they answer to! “I don’t know google it!”Oh, no problem I’ll google it, and do a review!

::Only half of our order arrived after arriving late. No one answers the phone, no contact from anyone about the missing food we paid for. Paid for "extra meat" and "extra cheese". See the attached photo of what we received on our half order. I will never buy from them again, and would encourage you not to as well.
