  This store, in particular, was very rude. We shop at the Chicago and NYC one often and my husband asked to try on a shirt and told, of course. As he was deciding on the third and fourth ones, he asked a worker that wasn’t helping him a question and instead of replying an answer he made a snarky comment saying, ‘We don’t usually allow customers to try on shirts.’ This would have been fine, except another colleague already told him he could and brought him shirts and this wasn’t the question! There’s a dressing room and you can return them after trying them on at home- so all-in-all, unnecessary comment. Then another worker said in a rude tone, ‘have a nice day’ after my husband was leaving- without buying any because of the experience. Won’t be back to this store. Shame.

  Very good experience here, very helpful staff to measure for shirts and help pick out the proper fit, etc. I was concerned about measuring myself to buy online so very nice they have a DC location for this. They had a 4 shirts for $199 promotion which was very reasonable. Will be a returning customer.

  Definitely appreciate this brick and mortar store, even though I usually buy online. To get the right fit in men's shirts you really need to head into a store, get measured, and try on their different fits, which this store has in every size waiting for you at the fitting rooms. Then, once you figure out your size, it's just a matter of picking from the colors and options available. They honor sales in here, even if you don't have the coupon/code/whatever with you. And the staff, at least the dude that helped me, was really helpful, patient, and informed. I will be back. Not to mention, CT makes excellent men's shirts. I'm sold.

  Absolutely love their shirts and suits! They come at a reasonable price and a very good quality. The store itself is unfortunately a little small and doesn't cover all their products offered on the homepage. But staff is helpful and returning or changing products ordered on their homepage very easy.

  I had to return 11 shirts ordered from the website based on a measurement mistake made on my part. One would think returns to be the least desirable job responsibility that an employee would feel like doing. Paul handled all 11 of my returns, measured and fitted me for the correct shirt size, found what replacements were available in the store, and reordered all the necessary out of stock shirts I needed. He printed me up a receipt, emailed me a receipt and clearly explained to me what I needed to do to get expedited shipping afterwards. Not only that, he appeared to be multitasking with another pick up order...flawlessly and in a way that didn't interfere with his customer service being provided to me. ALL the other employees in the store were very friendly and courteous the entire time. I left feeling like Paul went the extra mile in terms of customer service and I feel his customer services perfectly represented the quality of the company's clothing. Reading the negative reviews almost discouraged me from going into the store. I'm glad I took the chance to go. Thanks Paul and staff...job well done!
