  Slow. The doctor was not very knowledgeable about cats. But the worst part is that I have asked them (called and emailed) to send me my cats records at least 3 times and have gotten no response. Definitely would NOT recommend.

  Nice and friendly staff, clean, good vets. Nice location in Beacon Hill. Easy to make a quick appointment with them.
