  I opened my account, while there was a promotion. I was told that a certain amount had to be transferred 45 days after account opening to receive the promotion one week later. As I did not receive the promotion 2 weeks later, I asked if there was a problem with the setup of the promotion. They told me the info I received initially was incorrect and I could not receive the promotion. I opened the account online as this bank has very few branches and opening the account online seems to be the standard. However suddenly they shut down the access to my account without informing me and without telling me any reasons why they did so. I have called them several times, but I was not able to resolve the issue. Now they demand that I have to go to a branch. The next branch is very far from where I live, which makes that a huge inconvenience for me. Now I am unable to manage my stock holdings or make other transactions and can therefore NOT ACCESS MY MONEY. I cannot recommend this bank. The costumer service is bad, waiting times to speak to someone easily exceed 10 minutes, and representatives do not seem very competent. If I where in need of my money now or somewhere abroad where there is no branch, I would be unable to access my money. Be careful with this bank.
