  Receptionist is horrible.. 2 of them are not working just talking each other .they make me wait 20 minutes with out say a word. What kind of receptionist are they? I have no idea why they get paid.

  Dr. Oh was incredible to work with. He listened. He gave options, alternatives. He explained thoroughly. Basically all the qualities that are hard to find in so many doctors nowadays. Highly recommended! (I received a tonsillectomy through Dr. Oh Feb 2017)

  This is for Staff, made a appointment 7 weeks out, faxed in all new patient stuff, front and back of Blue Sheild / Blue Cross and all was fine and I confirmed they received it.....we get 5 calls to confirm appointment.....we get to appointment....and they say they don't take our insurance....haven't for some time??.?. So I took off work....drove down there and get this??? WAISTED 6 WEEKD OF TIME AND TREATMENT, THANKS GUYS....
