  Can anything be perfect? Can a store be perfect? Does it matter? Yes something can, and yes a store can, and yes it does matter. Charles is the perfect store. The people are wonderful, always helpful and always positive, but not in a manner that is false or forced. The layout of the store is great, organized, but not too much so. And the products….unsurpassed in selection and quality. I want everything in the store. Oh, yes, and once I purchased something and it fell apart a few years…yes YEARS later…they returned it to the merchant and replaced it with a better product that I still use to this day more than 10 years later. Can a store be perfect. Charles Department Store is proof that the answer is a resounding yes.
