  First off I didnt even want to give this office a one but it wouldnt left me post it if I didnt. This office is so unprofessional they do work on your children then tell the kids they have to pay or they do the work then tell your children they no longer accept your parents insurance. However, they NEVER call the parents (insurance carrier) and provide them any information prior to conducting the work. I would never recommend this office to do anything or provide any dental work for my children.

  I absolutely love all the staff at this place! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs work done for orthodontics or dentistry.

  This is the most unprofessional place. The receptionist is rude. When I called to schedule an appointment, she told me my insurance wasn't very good & I would have a co-pay which is fine. She didn't tell me that they were booked till next year till after I went in for my first appointment and tried to schedule my cleaning! I would have never went there if I knew I couldn't get my teeth cleaned till next year! She said I tell everyone we are booked till next year, I said no you did not. I did meet the dentist & he was nice, but overall experience there was not. They need a new receptionist because she makes the first impression & she's awful. I will be calling my insurance company to complain too. They took my X-rays and now I can't see the dentist till next year. I could have went elsewhere had I known.

  I took my 14 year old to Dr Bradley. He was great! My daughtrer loved him and his assistant. Now on the other hand I will never go back there are refer anybody to use his office. I have never been treated so rude in all my life. The women in the front office are horrible especially Nancy. You can not get a straight answer from her are believe what she finally tells you. She would say she will find the answer to my question and than would never call back. I would eventually call her back and she would speak to me like I was a bother to her. We have found another dentist to go to and it was like pulling teeth to get my daughters records. I wish I would have went with my first impression on the first day we went there. They were rude then and still are.
