Right next to the Chapman-Renaissance apartments in the OC river bed something needs to be done about the homeless encampment here!! People need help finding jobs & shelter and substance abuse services!!! This has been going on for too many years now, and getting ignored by our California State & local officials!! I've lived in Orange County most of my life, and after the 2008 meltdown it has progressively increased!! As has the apathy towards this growing problem. As a community we need to deal with it. People don't choose to live like this for fun, just as the people who pay rent at this establishment want to see this suffering.
