  What I know my friend always goes there to buy her lotto scratcher and she always somehow wins . Whether it's a ticket and or CASH $5, $15 up to $50], $1,000 . And its surroundings it's a nice sightseeing place. It's called The Orange Circle.

  Great place for some quick munchies, alway clean, but very expensive on the Beer and loterry tickets are never winners
