  Newly painted. All new driers. Drop off laundry service is terrible. Folding of clothes is bad. They do commercial accounts as a priority over those customers in the neighborhood. A very conventional location. Tops of washing machines are dirty and the washers smell. Owners do not clean the premises very well.
