  Spending time with Jerry at Changes is a powerful experience. The regimen Jerry crafts allows your body do what you want it to do. I seek flexibility and stamina. I'm getting it. Others want to run faster, hit a baseball more solidly, etc. Additionally, Jerry is knowledgable about diet and his gentle manner moves you in the healthy direction. Evidence of Jerry's success is the fact that most of his clients consist of multiple family members. High praise indeed.
