::Arrived real early for Service @ 11:30 & being Christmas Eve services changed times. Attended the 1st service & it was awesome. Still a very community based church. Folks are very open armed & welcome you to Changepoint.

::Just for everyone who is thinking about not coming to church because the sound levels are too high... I think the sound engineers fixed that problem because music is great (: So happy to hear that Changepoint is opening 3 new locations! Alaska really needs this right now... leave it to this amazing church to make sure that every Alaskan has an opportunity to hear the word of God no matter where they live.

::God is using these people to grow the Kingdom of the family of Christ. Jesus is number one and this family truly believes this and lives this out. The Lord has brought absolutely phenomenal teachers to preach, lead and grow this church. It's a large church, but it's a loving church family. This family teaches the truth of the Bible and who Christ is. When we first moved to Alaska we stopped here as the second church just after we got here and people were excited and plugged us into community immediately. The family we made with other believers at this church made our time in Alaska a success. God used them to grow and glorify Him every single day. Miss these people every day since we moved. I cannot say enough about how God is using this church family to raise up all the people in Alaska and the world beyond to Him! Praise the Lord.

::It's sad to see reviews from people who obviously don't go to ChangePoint on a regular basis. Being someone with a lighting and sound background, the sound quality is phenomenal and levels are appropriate (not too loud). Regarding giving, the pastors at ChangePoint enthusiastically encourage visitors to give nothing. Regulars who can't donate monetarily, but want to help can easily volunteer. I personally know ChangePoint regularly helps non-members and members cover their rent when they're in a bad situation finance wise, not to mention the many social programs supported by ChangePoint that continuously give back to Alaska. A church that has the motto "Life In Christ for Every Alaskan and the World Beyond", wants to improve our lives and gives back to our community is a church that I'm proud to attend. Keep up the good work Pastor Dan and Pastor Joel! (03/2017)
