  They gave me a broken shoe box and refused to change it. How was I supposed to give my nephew new shoes in a broken shoe box? They have a lot of work to do. Never going back there due to terrible professionalism

  The opposite of professionalism. Got wrong order twice. The staffs are not helping and giving me attitude where I am the one who got wrong shoes twice. Not happy.

  I'm outraged at how my son was treated while trying to exchange sneakers he bought 2-3 days prior. They were discolored due to store handling; he was sold a floor sample then later told they couldn't accept damaged shoes. One pair was yellowish and the other one white and yet they insinuated he had caused the damage. Alex, the manager spoke to him with such disrespect; I don't know how anyone would hire him to be a manager. When I called the store and spoke to him he answered the phone with "yeah?" that's not a way to greet someone on the phone and greeted my son in person with "yeah whatever" had a really bad attitude with him. I'm disgusted; will never shop there again. I'm saddened that he was treated so badly considering he's such a good kid. He was so excited about spending his Christmas money at that store and spent over $100 on shoes only to be treated like garbage.

  I am so disappointed with how they handled my order. They didn't have a size in store and got me to order it to be delivered to my home since they promised it would arrive in 3-5 business days. This was supposed to be a lovely Christmas gift and my parents were so thrilled. But after several business days with no package, I had to call the customer service number for them to even give me the USPS tracking number, which had zero updates at that point. Then I was told to wait another 6 business days before Champs can officially claim it as a lost package. 7 business days later (a week and a half after I ordered the shoes), all of a sudden there are transit updates and the package is moving from Kansas City to NYC. Champs customer service now says I have to wait another 6 business days for the shoes to get delivered. If I had known it would take this long and that the store would lie to me about how long the delivery would take, I would not have given them my money. When I called customer service to seek compensation, the best they can do is a $10 gift card to the store. What am I supposed to do with that? Place my trust in that store and give them my business again?? So they just told me to call the corporate office and leave a voicemail. My family and I are not okay with them treating us this way!
