  They didn't have what I was looking for. So they said they could get for me. I said ok. I wanted to just go pick it up before I went out of town. But they sent it to my address and the address on the reciept wasn't mine. Infact it didn't even exist... So yeah

  I cannot believe this place. I walk in and shoe boxes and shoes were everywhere. The store has so many missing spots and I can hardly see what I want. I was never greeted due to the fact that the floor associates were in their phones. I go to ask for a shoe and they come out with the wrong shoe AND the wrong size. I tell them it’s wrong and they come back with the same wrong shoe just in a different size. I tell them that it’s not the shoe I asked for and they proceeded to get loud with me. When they finally found the shoe after 30 minutes I proceeded to pay and I hear them saying stuff under their breath about me. The store manager is right there watching me the entire time. I handed them the shoe and proceeded to get as far away from the establishment as possible. No one in the store treats it like a real workplace.
