  Terrible! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. It came out in 4 minutes but was placed in front of 3 other people before it got to me. I told the bartender that I was not accepting the food. He said he would make another one. That one came out in 2 minutes with fresh fries and same sandwich. I told the man and he got really defensive claiming it was fresh. The chicken was cold and it looked exactly like the same one he took back. I offer to pay for the fresh fries but he removes the entire palate instead. Still defensive and drawing attention to me as if I were the problem. This is unacceptable and I will not ever give my money to this type of establishment again.

  Service here is terrible!!! After seeing the bad reviews I figured that the place could not be that bad and boy was I wrong. An absolute waste of airport space. Slow service, food was just below average and nobody seems to care. Left guests waiting to be greeted for over 20 minutes. Can't even finish this review because it was so bad that it would ruin the rest of my day talking about it. Well, never again!!!

  Obviously no one from Champps management team reads this feedback. I was here May ‘18 and was seated quickly but was ignored the whole time. After 30 min of waiting for the server I stopped one of them to ask for a beer. Haven’t seen her since, and I’ve been here an hour. The staff are obviously not trained to turn tables quickly. Everyone around me has had to ask for their check from a waitress walking by, because no one cares enough to stop at the tables. Unbelievably poor service.

  The food here is not the best, but not bad either, I was a little disappointed with how long it took to be seated and how long it took to take my order, bring my food and then take my payment. I think they are probably just under staffed. The restaurant was also a bit messy and it is a bit weird how you enter and it isnt laid out very well. I just got a club sandwich, soda, and chips and that ran about $15. The sandwich was good. My biggest issue was the slow service.

  Chicken came out cold. Waited for 20 minutes without water, when it did come out, ther as a hair in it. Overall service took 2 hours. My waitress was nice which is the only reason I am not giving 1 STAR.
